Memorial--Unveiled. Erected by his friends, a porch at the Chelsea hospital in Cobden Street was opened recently in memory of the late Dr. Cedric Isaacs. Picture shows the gathering as the memorial plaque was unveiled by Dr. Isaac's daughter, Miss M. Isaac.
