Roving Camera

In many New Zealand towns, fog is a frequent visitor at this time of the year, hot a fog in Gisborne is a rarity at any time. The picture above, showing fog over Kaiti was taken by Mr Alan George from Kaiti Hill early on a March morning this year.

Accidents will happen, and this one happened on the hill this side of Te Araroa. An Bast Coast Transport truck overturned on a sharp bend, and streved its varied Cargo of drums, milk cans, sacks, etc. over the road. (Photos from Mr H. Conwey.)
