82 Durban & 78 Capetown bowlers from 14 clubs in the Cape Penninsular area, visited Gisborne to play & socialise with the Kaiti Bowling Club on their 2 week tour of NZ. Keith Thomson of the Pinedale Club, Capetown spoke highly of the hospitality accorded to the visitors. Some will probably come again.
