A&P Show

Thousands thronged to the 114th Agricultural and Pastoral Show making the most of perfect weather and taking the opportunity to watch the various forms of entertainment available. In many sections entries were up on previous years and the hard working members of the Show Committee could be justifiably proud of the record end result as Town and Country combined in this annual event.

The side shows are always popular with young and old. This year was no exception. While the traditional rides such as the ferris wheel, gravitron, superloop and merry-go-rounds were there, some new attractions like the Great Mouscow Circus had appeared. Candy floss, hot dogs, icecreams, squeals and excitement were the order of the day.
